Preheat oven to 180°C
You can now set the table and lay out caramel tartlets on a separate plate, juice & macarons
Place the quiches in the oven for 20mn. When the quiches seem ready, lay them out on a separate plate together with the baby spinat and cherry tomatoes. The vinaigrette can be poured into the salad or left on the table for your guests.
TIPS: for cheese lovers, you can add some emmental cheese after 10mn in the oven.
Crack an egg into a bowl and whisk with a fork
Brush the pastries with egg wash and place in the oven together with the quiches for 6 minutes
Rotate the tray 180° and place in the oven for another 6 min to brown evenly
Many of us love the caramel tartlet as such but if you want to turn it into a sweet nutty treat, please decorate the tartlet as you wish with the pecan nuts provided in the box. Now serve up all of the food, and enjoy.
